At CEDIMED Brussels, we are dedicated every day to the training and professional development of healthcare providers. As a university center, we play a key role in educating paramedics, nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. Our goal: to strengthen knowledge and skills so that every caregiver is prepared for critical situations and can provide the highest quality care.

Internal training

Our internal trainings form the core of our educational policy. We combine classical methods with realistic simulation training, focusing on rare but crucial scenarios. This ensures our teams consistently deliver top-quality care.

Continuing education and certified training

In addition to internal training, we actively develop a wide range of continuing education programs, open to both internal and external participants:

• In collaboration with VUB and Erasmushogeschool Brussel (EhB), we develop postgraduate programs and refresher courses tailored to current healthcare needs.

• Together with the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy at VUB, we support training in emergency medicine and clinical education.

• In partnership with organizations such as PIVO, we contribute to the training of paramedics.

• Our training center also offers internationally certified courses, such as Advanced Life Support (ALS) and European Trauma Course (ETC)
